Chickpea chocolate chip cookie
Even our cookies have veggies in them but it doesn't taste like it!
Made with chickpeas, peanut butter, honey, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, baking powder and salt, these cookies don't just taste great, they're loaded with fiber so it's hard to eat more than a few at a time.
They're awesome with a glass of almond milk, warmed and on-top of banana ice-cream or as a snack when you're on the go.
They'll last for at least a week in the fridge.
These cookies are plant-based and gluten free. The chocolate chips aren't vegan.
