Q: Can I choose what meals I can order, or is there only one meal option per day?
A: We have 5 full dinners on the menu at all times and you can pick whichever ones you'd like. The menu changes every week. We keep some of the favorites on, and add new meals each week, too.
Q: What do I have to do to the food to eat it? Do I have to cook at all?
A: You don't have to cook at all. You'll either have to re-heat meals in the microwave, stove-top or oven. Or, you'll simply have to mix all the pre-made ingredients together to maintain maximum freshness, texture and taste.
Q: How many meals can I pickup or order at one time?
As many as you want, as long as it's not more than the amount in your package. Any additional meals ordered outside your meal package will need to be paid for, full price, on the website.
Q: Do I have to pickup meals on the same day every week and order the same amount of meals every week?
Absolutely not. You decide what day you want to pickup meals and we have them ready for you. If you want to pickup 6 meals one week and 0 the next because you're on vacation, no problem. We know you have a life, family, vacation and work conferences to attend to so we're flexible so you don't have to worry.
Q: How long will the meals last in the fridge? Can I freeze them?
A: We have a "3 day freshness guarantee." If your meal doesn't taste fresh, bring it back to us within 4 days, let us know why it wasn't fresh and you'll get a 100% refund. Many meals will still taste great and be edible after 3 days in the fridge, but we don't guarantee that.
When it comes to freezing, freeze at your own risk. We haven't tested out freezing meals at this time so we can't recommend or guarantee they'll be as tasty. If you do freeze something (like the lasagna or enchilasagna) please contact us and let us know how it goes.
Q: Do you have gluten-free meals?
A: We always have at least one gluten-free dinner on the menu and many times even more than one meal.
Q: What does it mean when your meals are labeled "low-fat"?
A: If a THT meal is labeled "low-fat" it means it contains no high-fat plant foods (oil, nuts, seeds, avocado, olives or coconut) or animal products. It may or may not contain tofu or soy.
Q: Do you only serve dinner?
A: We offer 5 dinners every week and at least one healthy dessert. In the store, we often sell "cookies," muffins and our homemade salad dressings.
Q: Can we pick-up meals on weekends?
A: Nope. Pick-up meals Monday to Thursday any time between 3 pm and 6:45 pm.
Q: Where do I pick my meals up?
A: 1305 Assembly St., Columbia, SC inside the Let's Cook Culinary Studio. There's plenty of metered parking out directly in front of Let's Cook. Metered parking is free after 6 pm.

Q: Do you serve anything with meat or dairy?
A: Nope. We make filling dinners using only whole, plant foods: fruits, veggies, whole-grains, legumes, nuts and seeds. We also avoid refined foods such as oil, sugar and refined flour products. If we do use a refined food (it happens sometimes), you'll be able to identify it on the list of ingredients with each meal.
